
COVID-19 hasn’t stopped St. Louis from a party. The bars and night clubs are closed but, the streets are not. Washington Ave and Busch Stadium are seeing street racing, cruising, and doughnuts. Downtown residents have complained to the press about the drag racing on busy streets at night.
Update: First reported by St. Louis news station KMOV:
“An overnight crash in downtown St. Louis left one woman dead and three others injured. The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. near Washington and 10th Street. The driver of a 2014 Dodge Charger was driving at a high rate of speed when it sped through a red light, police say. One woman, identified by family members as Sierra Ward, died at the scene and three people were taken to a local hospital.”
